Watching this daily, combined with experience and other tools helps to gauge the market and provides an agent with valuable information on where things are heading each season. The following screenshots were taken approx 3 weeks apart and show how listings are beginning to increase.February 21/2018March 16/2018It’s good to know this information because the “spring” market doesn’t necessarily mean the market is hot in the spring. Last year we saw these numbers increasing in early February and continued right until early fall.Looks like this year is a bit later as winter seems to drag on Buyers and Sellers seem to drag as well.Regardless of the seasons or the peaks and valleys or ups and downs in the market, one thing I’ve learned in 13 years and know for sure…and that’s knowing that if the home is priced right it will always sell. Now I wait patiently to welcome the spring market!Happy Selling Niagara
