It’s winter here iWhats Happening? Branding myself and making my goals a reality! Niagara with what seems like never ending snow falls and chilling cold weather. This is the time of year that real estate seems to take a short hibernation. This is also when I do a little “house keeping” and tidy up my business a bit. As soon as we start to see a glimmer of warmer times my life completely changes and the 15 hr days begin.
This year for 2018 my business goals included starting (and maintaining) a blog, building my personal “brand” and having a bigger web presence thru videos and trendy social media. So…. I’m hoping you’ll be seeing a lot more of me this year and I’m hoping the content of what you see keeps you drawn to whats happening with me, real estate and stuff in and around Niagara.
The Brand:
In Real Estate that brand is the person, followed by the Company that we choose to be part of. I have been lucky to be part of the Coldwell Banker brand for over a decade.The corporate backing with the small town feel is what I like.
I”m branding the colour and the look with the excitement that CB offers and its that excitement that the bigger brand offers. I’ve attached a link for you to see what that Coldwell Banker “bigger” brand does have over the competitors.
In the midst of this “personal” branding comes some great learning experiences which I hope and most certainly will, incorporate in my marketing of listings for 2018.
I see great things ahead for my personal brand and the Coldwell Banker NIagara brand. Let’s watch how this experience unfolds and see the amazing things I along with my corporate brand Coldwell Banker have planned for this year.
